Photos: Beverly Hills Wine Festival
This was the 2nd annual wine festival held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel.
Now those are some LONG STEM roses!
Armand de Brignac (“Ace of Spades”) Champagne, rated #1 champagne in the world. This was also in the gift bag of the 83rd Academy Awards.
A little bird told me that Firestone Walker Brewing had some Double Jack IPA. You had to say the secret password and also know the secret handshake too, but it was so worth it.
Tina Carpenter herself was on hand to pour her Napa Valley Syrah Rosé. A great wine for a girls night out!
Barefoot Bubbly & Wine sure went through a lot of bottles.
White Rock Vineyards – Napa Valley had a salami that is made with its Cabernet Sauvignon.
Pacific Coast Vineyards brought out their internationally award winning Pinot Noir.

Photographing events is always fun, and if you bring the right gear then the day will go so much better. So for this event I brought my nifty fifty, the Nikon 24-70mm, a 11-16mm from Tokina, a Metz mecablitz 58 AF-1 TTL shoe mount flash, Nikon D200, and a Nikon D700 all hooked up to my Blackrapid RS DR-1 Double Strap.
The wine was flowing plentifully which made the event a lot more fun to photograph.
Overall this was a great event which brought together the #1 rated champagne in the world, an internationally award winning Pinot Noir, and pirates! What else do you need?
